Overview At Adee Kaye, we are committed to the craftsmanship and quality of our timepieces. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your Adee Kaye watches must be completely unworn, unaltered, and in the exact same condition that you received them.
The watch must be in its original, undamaged brand packaging.
All original tags, protective films, warranty cards, and instruction manuals must be intact and included.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
Gift cards.
Adee Kaye watches that have been worn, resized, customized, or engraved.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Partial Refunds There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable and approved by our inspection team):
Any timepiece exhibiting obvious signs of wear or use.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts (such as extra links, the luxury box, or documentation) for reasons not due to our error.
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, Adee Kaye watches purchased on clearance or final sale cannot be refunded.
Exchanges We stand behind the quality of our products and only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective timepiece for the exact same model, please send us an email at contact@adeekaye.com and mail your item to: 15720 VENTURA BLVD, STE 310, ENCINO CA 91436.
Gifts If the Adee Kaye watch was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original purchaser, and they will be notified of the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Because Adee Kaye watches are high-value items, we strongly advise using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not liable for packages lost in transit.
