3-Year Limited Warranty Coverage
Every purchase of Adee Kaye watches is accompanied by a warranty booklet. Your 3-year limited warranty guarantees that your timepiece is free against manufacturing and mechanical defects.
Please note: This warranty does not cover battery replacement or malfunction and deterioration resulting from accidental damage to the glass/crystal, bracelet, strap, case, or crown. Damage resulting from negligent use, water damage beyond the specified rating, or willful tampering of the watch is also excluded.
How to Submit Your Watch for Service
To ensure a smooth repair process, please follow these guidelines carefully when sending your watch to our facility:
Package Securely: Protect your timepiece with sufficient padding to prevent impact damage during transit. Do not send your watch in its original packaging, as the box will not be returned to you.
Use Trackable Shipping: We strongly advise insuring your package for its full retail replacement value and using a trackable shipping method (such as FedEx, UPS, or Insured USPS Mail). Please be advised that the sender is responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
Include Required Documentation: For warranty repairs, you must include a copy of your proof of purchase (detailing the date and Model No.) and your complete warranty booklet. Failure to include proof of purchase will result in standard, out-of-warranty repair costs.
Provide Contact Information: Include a note with your physical return address, email address, and telephone number. This enables us to notify you when your watch is received and provide status updates.
Complete a Repair Form: Please download, print, and include a complete Repair Form (one form per timepiece) inside your package.
Turnaround Time: Please allow up to 3 to 5 weeks from the date we receive your package for processing. Once an estimate is approved and paid, repairs generally take an additional 5 to 10 business days.

Note: A return shipping and handling fee is required to send your timepiece back to you. Costs vary depending on your chosen shipping method.
Out-of-Warranty Service & Repairs
If the warranty on your Adee Kaye watches has expired, our expert technicians are still here to restore your timepiece.
Please contact our service department before sending your watch. Because a physical examination is required to determine the necessary parts and labor, we cannot quote exact repair prices via email or phone. Once our technicians review your watch, we will provide a detailed estimate. Chargeable repairs will only begin after you approve the estimate.
Payments for out-of-warranty repairs can be made via check, money order, or by providing your credit/debit card information to our customer representatives.
